We went over to Moveable Feast – SJ last Friday – my S.O. wanted to get back to Tikka Bytes, but, adventurer that I am, I had to try something new.
Happily, there were several trucks there I hadn’t yet tried, so I got into line at An the Go for those famous Garlic Noodles. I ordered a skewer of grilled shrimp as well (I’m supposed to be eating more protein… ha!)
The garlic noodles are everything promised: slightly salty, buttery, with just the right amount of garlic. They were never overpowering, just savory and delicious.
The shrimp were just as good – grilled in garlic, butter, and a bit of cilantro – simple and perfect.
My only regret is that I was so hungry I dug into it before I could take pictures – maybe next time!
